Go back to the commitments Acting with courage, integrity and responsibility Developing the trust of our partners and employees Developing long-term partnerships Certifying our commitments Developing long-term partnerships We want to build strong and lasting relationships with our partners, working with respect and honesty Céline joined our Parisian workshop Coringer as a jeweller in 2006. When she decided to start her own business in 2019, we immediately supported her. Find out more about her story: " I wish to work with Coringer for a long time , because they are honest and trustworthy people. I still feel supported, I have kept in touch with my former colleagues. I worked at Coringer's for almost 14 years, I learned a lot, I grew up there. They have always been very kind to me, no matter what." 00:00 / 01:49 Top of the page Certifying our commitments The certifications we received confirm our position in favour of a more responsible production, respectful of both the environment and men and women Losange and Coringer have been certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) since 2014. It is the world's leading standard-setting organisation for the jewellery and watch industry. The Chain of Custody (CoC) certification, obtained by the two companies in 2020, is a guarantee to our partners that we use materials of known origin, processed in compliance with the ethical and environmental standards developed by the RJC. We obtained the BREEAM® (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification at the Very Good level for the construction of the manufacture of Losange in Besançon. The new manufacture in Toulon-sur-Allier is being built to even higher standards: we are aiming for the BREEAM® certification at the Excellent level. Taking into account environmental and social issues The products we use comply with the European REACH regulation, which aims to make the production and use of chemicals in European industry safer. This standard protects the health of the employees who use them as well as that of the end consumers who wear our products. Top of the page Partenariats Certifications

- MCGP Group | Recruitment
Recruitment Please visit our LinkedIn page to check out our job offers: @MCGP Groupe You can also contact us with the following email address : first.contact@mcgp-sas.com The professions within the group are numerous and diverse: Jewellery designer "For me, it's a fascinating job that allows me to bring an idea to life. It's a job with multiple facets, all of which contribute to creation. You have to be creative, open to new things but also rigorous and precise in order to design projects that are both aesthetically pleasing and feasible. My daily job is a work of tradition and perpetual innovation and it is from this balance that beautiful products are born and live." CAD (Computer Aided Design) developer The CAD developer designs the jewel in 3D with the help of designers, jewellers and setters. The digital printing of the jewel will make it possible to apprehend its volume and all its aesthetic details. The final design will be used for lost wax casting or 7-axis machining. In some cases, it will be a guide for the jeweller who will make some components of the jewel by hand. Jeweller The jeweller's job is to make a piece of jewellery: this can vary from fairly simple, mass-produced pieces to much more elaborate unique pieces that require a lot of work and thinking. Setter The setter is the one who sublimates the gemstones. He places and fixes them one by one on the jewel. "Setting consists in inserting gemstones on a jewel or a watch in the best possible way in order to combine a perfect aesthetic finish and the guarantee of a long life for the jewel." Polisher The polisher must bring out the brilliance of the jewel, smoothing each of its parts, in order to make the imperfections disappear. "Polishing is about making the jewel shine, while being careful not to distort it. What I find really satisfying about polishing is that it brings the final aesthetic to the piece. We transform raw pieces into exceptional ones." Machining technician The machining technician works on 3- to 7-axis machining centres. They set up and produce numerically controlled components. Machining facilitates series production of jewellery. Project manager The project manager is responsible for monitoring the jewel's production, from its design in CAD to its delivery to the customer, which involves being in constant contact with designers, craftspeople, the sales department and the customer. Production monitoring requires regular communication with the workshop in order to plan, anticipate and regulate the company's capacities and the workload in the workshop.
