Opening up and revitalising the profession
Consolidating exceptional savoir-faire and enabling each craftsperson and employee to flourish in their work
Perpetuate and strengthen the savoir-faire
We focus on in-house training, enabling new craftspeople to acquire key competences and more experienced craftspeople to improve their knowledge. We also aim to stay up-to-date with new design and manufacturing techniques.
We recruit people with no previous experience in jewellery making. Thus, a candidate who has the desire and the abilities to work as a polisher, jeweller or setter will find his place within the group. New craftspeople follow an initial training course of 350 hours, then they are supervised on a daily basis by professional experts in order to continually progress.
We are committed to training our craftspeople throughout their career with the group. We aim to help them progress, regardless of their initial level.
Training of setters (in French)

You will hear the testimony of a setter from our Parisian workshop regarding the way he trains the setters of our manufactures.
We give a chance to any motivated person to join us. Do not hesitate to consult our

Recruiting talent
We wish to give all employees who will be working with craftspeople the keys to a global understanding of the jewellery world
Jewellery is a complex world, full of tradition, culture and passion.
Since 2021, we have been working with the Haute Ecole de Joaillerie in Paris to offer our employees (project managers, supervisors, sales assistants, planners, etc.) a training course on the world of jewellery.
This training is mainly intended for people who join the group and who do not come from
the world of jewellery.
It is divided into two phases: a discovery part at the Haute Ecole de Joaillerie and a day of practical experience in our Parisian high jewellery workshop in order to learn about
the different crafts.
